Contract Details: Symphony Village has a three-year contract with L/G starting in 2020; with annual approval by the Board of Directors and options to renew. The Symphony Village General Manager provides all oversight and management of this contract. All resident contact with the Landscaping company is to be through Symphony Village Management. While specific details may be found in the links below, a general summary of contractor deliverables is as follows:
Mowing & Clean-up 23 times Starting in April.
Edging Curbs & Walks 12 times Starting in April.
Walking Path Mowing 12 times Starting in April.
Spring Clean-up 1 time Feb/March.
Mulching 1 time April.
Weed Control 4 times Pre-emergent in March/April.
Pre-emergent in April/May.
Post-emergent in June/July.
Winter Fertilizer in Oct/November.Aeration & Over Seed 1 time September/October.
Click General Calendar to see the timing of Landscaping Activities. All dates are approximate and will be impacted by weather and/or environmental conflicts. Our Landscape Contractor is the primary source of expertise and will schedule all activities through the Symphony Village General Manager.
All residents are to report issues, concerns, or problems with landscaping activities through the Work Order Request System, available via the Symphony Village website. Emergencies should be called into the Clubhouse on 410-758-8500.
