A Brief Snow Removal Threshold Poll: One Vote per Household
Our Terms of Reference governing document includes the following statement:
“The SVHOA will contract to clear the walkway to the front door, driveways, and parking lots as designated by the Board of Directors. Plowing of those areas will begin when snow accumulation reaches a 3-inch depth or as determined by the Board of Directors.”
