Whether you are coming for the Symphony Village Horse Race (4:00 pm at the Clubhouse Entrance) or just attending our Preakness Happy Hour it is time to get out your Preakness Hats.  The Lifestyle Committee will be awarding prizes for best Homemade Hat or Fascinator.  This is a Maryland Tradition that we want to begin celebrating here, in our Village.  We have a few Fascinator makers who live here, one being Harriet Goodmuth, call her early for best selection.  With all of the "crafty" residents, we expect to see a lot of ribbons and bows, flowers and flags.  Men are included so make one for hubby or hubby for wife.
