.Frank Sinatra was born on December 1st so we will celebrate his birthday along with all the special people in SV who were born between September 23rd and December 31st.  Come be crooned by the birthday boy at 6:00 pm for this very HAPPY Hour hosted by Zina Lichaa, Barbara Rosdail, Rosemary Page and Lee and Alan Ettman.  Don't forget to bring your favorite appetizer.
