Landscape and Irrigation Committee

Overview

The principal function of the Landscape & Irrigation Committee is to provide input and recommendations to both Management and the Board of Directors regarding maintenance and future enhancements of all Common Area landscaping in Symphony Village as well as support for the operations and growth of the Symphony Village Irrigation System. This committee also provides recommendations and direction to all residents for landscaping on residential properties in the community.

Work Orders

From time to time, certain issues may occur with respect to a resident’s landscape, irrigation, or trees. In order to assess and fix the issue (if necessary), residents must submit a Work Order Request, which will be sent to Village Management for resolution. To submit such a request, please click on the following button and fill out the resulting form, thank you.

Front Bed Landscape Services Opt-Out Procedure

(1) Owners will NOT be allowed to opt out of lawn service (mowing, fertilizing, and weed control) and (2) owners will be allowed to opt out of front bed maintenance (mulching, weed control, fertilizing, and trimming of shrubs) and such opting-out must be done by January 4 of each year and will be enforced for the entire year. Residents can still provide extra lawn services if they choose.
