Resident Directory Update Form

This form is used by New Residents to add their personal information to the Community’s Resident Directory. All information in the Residents Directory is visible only to SV Residents. For current Residents that are already in the Directory, this form is used to update any information (e.g. new phone number) that needs to be changed. Use the dropdown to select the type of update.

IMPORTANT: New Resident(s) and Existing Resident(s) please be aware that you are providing authorization for receipt of eBlasts and the posting of your contact information in the Residents Directory on the SV Website with submission of this Directory Update Request.
