ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENTS REWRITE –
HOMEOWNER REVIEW NOW OPEN

The Symphony Village Covenants Committee has completed a proposed rewrite of the Association’s Architectural Requirements following an extensive review and many hours of discussion. The Board has also completed an initial review of the proposed rewrite, and before the Board of Directors votes on whether to approve and adopt the proposed rewritten Architectural Requirements, homeowners are being asked to review the proposed document and provide feedback, comments, or suggested changes.
The homeowner review and comment period is now open. Feedback, comments, or suggested changes comments are to be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026, to be considered for incorporation into the proposed document.
A notice regarding the review and comment period has been mailed to all homeowners. Please note that you should not expect to receive the mailed notice until early, and the mailing does not include a printed copy of the proposed rewrite. The notice provides additional information about the proposed changes, how to review the documents, how to submit comments, and what will happen after the review period.

Please remember that the proposed Architectural Requirements have not yet been adopted by the Association. The Board of Directors is expected to consider and vote on the proposed rewrite at its December 2, 2026 meeting, after the homeowner review and comment period has concluded.
