Subject: HOA Board of Directors Election – 2025

Pursuant to the Declaration and Bylaws of the Symphony Village at Centreville HOA, this serves as the formal Call for Nominations for three (3) directors to the Board. The terms of Board members Steve Nelson, Carol Peed, and Dave Mason will expire in December 2025. Positions on the HOA Board are for a term of two (2) years.

The election will take place at Annual Meeting of Members, scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Voting may also be completed in advance by submitting an Absentee Proxy and Ballot, which you will receive prior to the meeting. Election results will be announced as soon as they are available.

This form provides homeowners with the opportunity to submit a nomination for themselves or for another homeowner who they believe is well-suited to represent the community, demonstrates respect for others, and has shown the ability to work well as part of a team. All nominations will remain confidential until all candidates have been contacted and confirmed.

Deadline for Submission:
Nominations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025.
