Subject: HOA Board of Directors Election 2024

Pursuant to the declaration and bylaws of the Symphony Village HOA this serves as the formal “Call for Nominations” for two (2) new directors to the board.

The board positions of Nancy Emerick and Janet Leister are expiring in December 2024.

The new positions will be voted on at the annual meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 6 PM or in advance, by proxy ballot.

The results of this election will be announced as soon as they become available.

The linked form serves as your opportunity to submit a nomination for a homeowner or homeowners who you feel are well suited for these positions.

A homeowner may nominate themselves or any other homeowner. All nominations will be kept private until all candidates have been contacted and validated.

Nominations must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024.
